Mary Kuhn, Office Manager/Executive Assistant
Mary joined NSP in the spring of 2021. She is in charge of managing communications with the NSP board of directors and the national committees, working with each department on various projects as the seasons change, and ensuring that the office runs smoothly.
Finance
Ellen White, Finance and Operations Director
Ellen joined NSP staff in the spring of 2020. Her career in finance and accounting has spanned nonprofits, for-profits and start-ups. She is also a dedicated skier and enthusiastic mountain biker. Ellen handles all financial functions and manages the accounting staff. She also oversees human resources and operations functions, including employee pay and benefits, and facility oversight.

Jeffrey Tefft, E-Commerce Accountant
Jeffrey joined the NSP staff in March 2019. He is responsible for accounting for NSP’s Online Store, and he works with the sales and partnerships team. Jeffrey enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors.
Matt Smith, IT Manager
Matt joined NSP in September of 2020. He manages the organization’s technology infrastructure, including databases, websites and staff resources.

Kate Blanton, Education Records Specialist
Kate joined the NSP as a part-time temporary employee in 2015 and has assisted periodically since that time with education records data entry. She works on a seasonal basis to support NSP’s education programs and member services.

Elizabeth joined NSP in the fall of 2020. She provides general member services, and assistance with education records.
Marketing and Communications
Beckett Stokes, Marketing Director
Beckett joined the NSP in the spring of 2019. She directs internal and external marketing and communications for NSP.
Steven Binns, Marketing Manager
Steven joined the NSP in May 2018 and manages many of NSP’s marketing efforts including NSP’s Subaru Ambassador program and events including Powderfall.

Cheri Overton, Alumni and Awards Manager
Cheri has been with the NSP since 2007 and since that time has accumulated much knowledge of the history, evolution, and inner workings of the organization. Cheri works primarily with alumni and lifetime members and is the staff point of contact for any questions about awards. The fabulous-looking awards the NSP members receive are made possible by Cheri’s hard work.
Sales and Partnerships
Matt Mears, Sales and Partnerships Director
Matt joined the NSP offices in spring of 2019. He oversees all of the NSP’s sponsorships, partner relationships, and the online store. He also patrolled at Hunter Mountain in New York before relocating to Denver, CO.
